At 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2, a pedestrian was struck and killed by a car exiting northbound on Highway 101 on the offramp leading to Lucas Valley and Smith Ranch Roads. For reasons unknown and remain under investigation, the subject and another pedestrian were standing on the exit ramp roadway.
Authorities identified the pedestrian as Dustin Wade Lamb, 35, of San Rafael.
