On Sunday, Jan. 3, in the area of Sunset Drive, a man was recorded on a trail camera, vandalizing tents at a homeless encampment. The victim called Novato Police to report the incident and stated that this is not the first time the victim’s tent has been vandalized at this location.
In the video footage, the suspect appears to be wearing a black beanie, black facemask, with a black “North Face” style jacket with a red or orange sweatshirt underneath, black sweatpants and light blue or grey “Hoka” brand running shoes.
