Roofing supply bandits arrested in San Rafael

From the social media site for the San Rafael Police Department:

Night shift officers responded to Jordan Street on a report that a video alarm system was observing suspects in a roofing supply company’s yard.

Upon arrival, an officer saw a pickup truck full of roofing supplies leaving the scene and pulled it over.

Officers determined that the three suspects in the pickup had stolen a variety of supplies from the yard and threw them over the fence and into the bed of the awaiting pickup truck. The stolen goods were valued at over $4,000.

All three suspects were interviewed about their involvement and booked into the Marin County Jail on felony theft criminal charges.
