The Marin County Sheriff’s Department reported that a man was shot and killed on Thursday (March 3) at a Marin City apartment complex.
The shooting was reported at 3:49 p.m. at 419 Drake Avenue in the Golden Gate Village area. First responders found a man dead in the parking lot. He was later identified as Randy Ray Belanger, 18, of San Anselmo.
