Coleman Elementary School in San Rafael suffered 20 documented COVID cases in late March, prompting the school to re-institute the wearing of masks. The infected were about half employees and half students.
Principal Mike Taylor said the move will reduce the risk of transmission and was not a time for undue alarm.
