A woman was found dead in her Marin County Jail cell last week. She was identified as Julianne Riebeling, 52, of Corte Madera. Police said that a deputy found her during a routine cell check. She was “hanging within her solely occupied cell.”
CPR was performed, but to no avail. The death is under investigation.
Riebeling had been in jail since June and was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, March 1.
