Fairfax rejects dispensary

The Town of Fairfax said “no” to a second cannabis dispensary business proposed for 930 Sir Francis Drake Blvd.  The company Element 7 asked to replace Mana Bowls, an acai cafe, with a pot shop called Fairfax Remedy.
