Marin 911: Fairfax police catch man dumping bean bag chair on the side of the road; tell him to pick it up and dispose of it properly

FAIRFAX Dumper: A man was seen dumping a large bean bag chair at the corner of Lansdale and Pastori Avenues. A witness saw him do it and called the police.
